	Tickets cannot be exchanged for money refunded, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Duty Manager. Attempts will be made to resell customers' tickets returned prior to the commencement of a performance.
	Customers must observe the conditions of the British Board of Film Classification Certificate for the film being shown. The Management have a legal obligation to refuse admission to any person, who in the opinion of the Duty Manager, is under the minimum age required for "12A", "15", or "18" Certificate films (including children in arms). We reserve the right to ask children for proof of age.
	Purchasing tickets in advance guarantees you a seat to a particular show; however, we do not reserve specific seats in any row. Highly popular films will generate longer lines as shows sell out quickly. We recommend for the most popular films, during the weekends and holidays, that you plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the advertised start time. Large groups need to arrive early if sitting together is important
